A nice walk through cool temperate rainforest along the Taggerty river.

Description

Starting at "The Beeches" picnic ground on Lady Talbot Drive near Marysville, this trail follows the Whitehouse Creek then Taggerty River, before crossing back over Lady Talbot Drive to go through some eucalypt forest dominated by tall mountain ash trees for the return journey.

Getting There

From Melbourne, travel to Marysville. Follow Lady Talbot Drive to The Beeches picnic ground.
